Job summary

Shane Co. Indianapolis is seeking proactive Jewelry Consultants to join our team. In this role you will conduct sales presentations, uncover customer needs, and provide tailored solutions that highlight our products' features and benefits.

We require at least 2 years of consultative, customer-facing sales experience. Training is provided; evenings and weekends are required. Base pay ranges from $24 to $29 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of consultative, customer-facing sales experience.
• Availability during evenings and weekends.
• High level of visual acuity and manual dexterity.
• Excellence in written and spoken English; effective communication is key.
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
