Jewelry Consultant - Atlanta, GA

Our Jewelry Consultants provide an exceptional experience for every Brilliant Earth customer. As a Jewelry Consultant, you will guide customers through the sale process using various platforms: in-person, virtual appointments, phones, or live chat. These team members help customers find their ideal jewelry match from our luxury product line. By meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment, this team creates personalized experiences and shares the happiest moments of our customers' lives. The ideal candidate will be able to work a full-time schedule that includes weekends. This role is in-person at our Atlanta, GA showroom.

What you’ll do:
  1. Utilize sales strategies and deep product knowledge to guide customers through purchasing decisions via appointments and walk-ins, creating memorable, personalized experiences.
  2. Manage high volumes of incoming sales leads via email, chat, and phone to meet revenue targets, providing a luxury customer experience.
  3. Proactively greet and assist customers, ensuring a memorable experience.
  4. Conduct post-sale appointments for pickups, exchanges, re-sizing, and inquiries.
  5. Call customers to confirm appointments and answer pre-appointment questions.
  6. Review customer feedback and work with leaders to improve the customer experience and sales performance.
  7. Enforce policies within the waiting room to ensure safety and product security.
  8. Open and close the showroom and waiting area.
  9. Use our ERP system to manage tasks and communicate cross-functionally.
  10. Act as a brand advocate, promoting our mission for a sustainable, transparent, and compassionate jewelry industry.
