Job summary

ACKERMAN JEWELERS INC is looking for a friendly Sales Associate to join their Tampa team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, handle sales and inventory, and maintain store appearance. Customer service experience and knowledge of jewelry sales are preferred.

This role includes greeting customers, processing transactions, and supporting store promotions. A flexible schedule is required alongside a High School Diploma or equivalent. Competitive wages and benefits provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping.
• Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.
• Collect payments by cash and credit card.
• Issue receipts and refunds to customers.
• Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.
• Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to assist customers.
