Job summary

Shane Co. is seeking proactive Jewelry Consultants to join our Oregon stores. You will conduct sales presentations, highlight product features, and tailor solutions that meet each customer's needs, even if jewelry experience isn’t required.

Training will cover our merchandise and brand, helping you create memorable shopping experiences. You will build relationships, pursue store goals, mentor teammates, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of consultative, customer-facing sales experience.
• Availability during evenings and weekends.
• High level of visual acuity and manual dexterity.
• Excellence in written and spoken English; effective communication is key.
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in our stores as you conduct sales presentations that emphasize the features and benefits of our products.
• You will actively drive sales by understanding and meeting the unique needs of each customer.
