Job summary

Helzberg Diamonds is seeking an Assistant Manager in Littleton, CO to drive sales and support daily store operations. You will participate in training programs preparing you for a Store Manager role while leading a team to meet store goals.

You will sell in a commission environment, supervise staff, deliver outstanding customer service, and participate in recruiting. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail sales experience
• Experience selling in a commission environment
• Ability to supervise others and drive results
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, retail management or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals
• Work as a team in sales presentations to overcome objections and close additional sales
• Develop selling skills in team members to achieve store goals
• Provide first response to difficult associate and/or customer interactions in the Store Manager's absence
• Provide outstanding customer service to every Helzberg Diamonds guest
• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting top-performing associates
