Ben Bridge Jeweler in Bellevue is seeking a diligent Office Administrator to support our Repair Design Center. You will handle front desk inquiries, intake new jobs, and coordinate with production to ensure timely repairs, engraving, and invoicing.

This on-site role requires strong organization, communication, and time management. You will also manage shipping, vendor returns, and maintain meticulous records, with benefits including merchandise discounts and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in administrative and/or customer service roles.
• Experience in retail or jewelry industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for customers with orders and repairs.
• Receive and log incoming jobs with intake slips.
• Manage estimates, approvals, and communicate with production.
• Photograph and upload all jobs for records.
• Prepare invoices and process pick-up orders.
• Coordinate shipping and vendor returns.
