The ideal candidate has 5+ years of bench experience in high-end repairs, strong attention to detail, and knowledge of gemstones and precious metals. CAD/CAM experience is a plus; on-site work five days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as bench jeweler, with focus on high-end repairs and custom design work.
• Proficiency in all aspects of jewelry repair: stone setting, soldering, polishing, finishing.
• Strong design skills for bespoke pieces.
• Extensive knowledge of gemstones and precious metals; superb craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced jewelry repairs (re-sizing, stone resetting, prong repair, soldering) with attention to durability and aesthetics.
• Design and fabricate custom jewelry pieces per client specs and standards.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to realize concepts.
• Restore antique and heirloom pieces with precision.
• Work with precious metals and high-value gemstones to achieve exceptional results.
• Maintain quality standards and communicate with clients on repairs and options.
• Operate bench tools and maintain a safe, efficient workspace.
