Ben Bridge Jeweler, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Jewelry Repair Bench Jeweler to join our Bellevue on-site Repair Design Center. The role focuses on advanced repairs, diamond setting, and bespoke piece creation, collaborating with design teams on high-value projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of bench jewelry experience, strong craft, and CAD/CAM capability. You will work with gold, platinum, diamonds, and colored stones, all within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a bench jeweler focused on high-end repairs and custom design work.
• Proficiency in all aspects of jewelry repair including stone setting, soldering, polishing and finishing.
• Strong design skills and ability to conceptualize and execute complex custom projects.
• Extensive knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and jewelry construction techniques.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software is preferred but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced jewelry repairs including resizing, stone resetting, prong repair and soldering while maintaining quality and aesthetics.
• Design and fabricate custom jewelry pieces based on client specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to realize concepts and assess feasibility.
• Restore antique and heirloom jewelry with precision.
• Work with precious metals and high-value gemstones to achieve exceptional results.
• Ensure all work meets company standards for quality and durability.
• Communicate recommendations and repairs effectively with clients.
• Maintain and operate bench tools and keep workspace safe and efficient.
