Job summary

The Jewelry Repair Coordinator possesses the ability to thoroughly assess all aspects of high-end

jewelry, documenting any issues found, implementing corrective actions, and collaborating with our manufacturing team on continuous improvement processes. Is also responsible for managing all repairs and returns within our facility.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Jewelry repair intake.
• Assigning jobs to different on-site jewelers.
• Ensuring jewelers are finishing jobs in a timely manner.
• Checking daily to ensure customer deadlines are met.
• Quality control on finished jobs.
• Gemstone grading and sorting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excel experience.
• Maintain detailed records of quality assessments and corrective actions taken.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to track and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control processes.
