Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1–3 years of related experience or training.
• Knowledge of jeweler’s tools, machinery, and basic jewelry repair.
• Previous metalworking or finishing experience preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform finishing work on jewelry including polishing, rhodium plating, and cleaning.
• Meet deadlines for repair completion and estimates.
• Produce volume while maintaining turnaround times and budgeted expectations.
• Inspect repair/refurbishment work before sending to stores.
• Maintain inventory levels and proper paperwork for precious metals.
• Contribute to asset recovery procedures for precious metal recoveries.
• Keep shop clean, organized, and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates and support other duties as assigned.
• Answer questions from associates about repair policies.
• Adhere to company guidelines and procedures.
