Shane Co. is seeking a Jewelry Consultant to listen, build relationships, and confidently guide customers toward items they’ll love and value for years.

You will create personal, memorable sales experiences by understanding each customer's story and needs, and lead conversations that connect product features to customer priorities. You will own your sales goals, learn the jewelry craft, and grow with a team that rewards performance.

Qualifications

• At least two years of consultative, customer-facing sales experience.
• Experience selling products where understanding features and benefits matters.
• A track record of building relationships that lead to results.
• Confidence communicating value and asking for the sale.
• Curiosity, emotional intelligence, and the ability to connect with different personalities.
• Evening and weekend availability.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• No jewelry experience required; we can teach you jewelry.
