The role focuses on trend-driven assortment planning, vendor negotiations, and inventory management, with opportunities to lead product development in fine jewelry and fashion.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of retail buying, merchandising, or product planning experience.
• Degree in Merchandising, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience with jewelry, fashion, or accessories is a plus.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute assortment strategies aligned with goals and customer preferences.
• Analyze sales, margin, and inventory to drive profitable decisions.
• Create and manage seasonal and core assortment plans.
• Lead planogram development and merchandising standards.
• Build and maintain vendor partnerships and negotiate terms.
• Oversee purchase orders and vendor follow-up; manage lifecycle.
