Job summary

Signet Jewelers, the world’s largest specialty retailer of diamond jewelry, is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams. You will begin with administrative tasks and customer service while learning polishing and the basics of jewelry repair, training toward becoming a Bench Jeweler.

Our program promotes from within, offers full training, and supports a Customer-First experience across stores and customers nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal required overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative tasks and customer service.
• Photograph jewelry for intake/tracking and assist with repairs.
• Learn polishing and basic jewelry repair; support bench jeweler training.
• Interact with stores and customers to deliver a Customer-First experience.
