Signet Jewelers invites entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams, where you begin with administrative tasks, customer service, and jewelry intake photography. You will learn polishing, basic repairs, and progress toward becoming a Bench Jeweler through our full training program.

We welcome candidates with jewelry knowledge or a passion to learn, offering a promote-from-within career path and a Customer-First service approach across our centers.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal overtime.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Administrative responsibilities and customer service for intake/tracking.
• Photography of jewelry for intake/tracking and learning basics of jewelry repair.
• Polishing jewelry and quality control as training toward a Bench Jeweler.
• Progress from Apprentice to Jeweler within a promote-from-within program.
• Interact with stores and customers to support the Design & Service Center.
