Job summary

Schneider is seeking truck drivers for the Jet-Set Dedicated Team. You will travel to multiple destinations across the United States, hauling dry-van freight with no-touch, and completing ~10 loads per week within defined hubs.

Expect paid flights to assignments and mileage/hourly pay while on duty, plus weekly performance pay and a 2% annual bonus. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) with company match, paid orientation, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Must have Real ID or valid passport.
• Live within 75 miles of listed hubs.
• Company-paid CDL training available.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple destinations across the United States.
• Haul dry-van freight with no-touch and drop‑and‑hook service.
• Complete about 10 loads per week within eligibility hubs.
• Fly on paid flights to assignments and receive mileage & hourly pay when on duty.
• Earn weekly performance pay and a yearly bonus.
