Job summary

Schneider is seeking truck drivers for the Jet-Set Dedicated Team. You will travel to multiple destinations across the United States, hauling dry-van freight with no-touch, and completing ~10 loads per week within defined hubs.

Overview

Jet‑Set Dedicated Team truck driver. Average pay: $1,520-$1,850 weekly. Home time: every three weeks. Drive to various locations across the country to haul dry‑van freight of home improvement supplies.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple destinations across the United States.
• Haul freight in a dry‑van trailer with 100% no‑touch and 90% drop‑and‑hook service.
• Complete 10 loads per week while driving within CO, IA, KS, MO, ND, NE, SD, and WY.
• Take paid flights to and from assignments.
• Receive mileage pay and hourly pay while on duty but not driving.
• Earn weekly performance pay and annual bonus (2% of annual gross pay).
• Participate in paid orientation and periodic performance reviews.
• Maintain a valid Class A CDL and a real ID driver’s license or valid passport.
• Live within 75 miles of approved assignment hubs (see eligibility list below).

Qualifications

Compensation

• Sign‑on bonus: $6,000 (experienced drivers) or $3,000 (inexperienced drivers), paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year.
• Weekly pay: $1,520-$1,850.
• Mileage pay and hourly pay while on duty but not driving.
• Weekly performance pay (october performance bonus).
• Annual bonus: 2% of annual gross pay.
