Job summary

Swissport Fueling Inc, located at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, has an exciting administrative opportunity for an Inventory Analyst Admin. You will manage Jet-A inventory for Airlines and suppliers, investigate variances, and handle Accounts Payable and Payroll.

The pay rate is $26.79/hour. Full-time employees receive health benefits, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, sick time, and company holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of inventory or analyst experience.
• Knowledge of Fuel inventory or Varec Fueling systems preferred.
• Excellent data entry and math skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Pro, and Excel; able to link sheets and use VLOOKUP.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• HS diploma; accounting/inventory management education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process daily, monthly, and annual Fuel Inventory Accounting transactions.
• Maintain required Fuel inventories for Airlines and nominations.
• Interface with airlines management to clarify inventory requirements.
• Verify refueling Tank Truck inventories and reconcile variances.
• Manage remote facility pipeline schedule and batch receipts in systems.
• Prepare and distribute daily/weekly/monthly Fuel Inventory Reports.
• Investigate out-of-tolerance variances related to shipments and inventories.
• Assist Fuels Accounting Manager with other accounting tasks.
