Job summary

Williams International is seeking an Assistant Technician to join our FAA-certified Repair Station in Pontiac, MI. You will assist with turbine engine and sub‑component work, including disassembly, cleaning, and testing of fuel nozzles, and help prepare parts for reassembly.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and strong communication. This role involves lifting and physical requirements; U.S. citizenship is required and a security clearance may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical inclination is beneficial.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Turbine engine and sub‑component disassembly and inspection.
• High‑tech cleaning of engine components and evaluation/testing of fuel nozzles.
• Restocking fluids and hardware to support engine reassembly.
• Assist team in becoming a contributing member and pursue FAA Repairman Certification.
