Job summary

Engine Global Technics Inc. in Florida is seeking a seasoned inspector to perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of turbine engines, ensure compliance with approved data, and review maintenance documentation for completeness.

The ideal candidate holds an FAA A&P (or Repairman) certificate, has 5 years of turbine engine inspection/overhaul experience, and is familiar with FAA Part 145 requirements, OEM manuals, and engineering drawings. Borescope and NDT experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P certificate or Repairman certificate required.
• Minimum 5 years turbine engines inspection/repair/overhaul experience.
• FAA Part 145 repair station experience.
• Strong knowledge of OEM manuals and FAA regulations.
• Excellent documentation skills and ability to interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• High attention to detail and strong communication/organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
• Verify maintenance and overhaul activities comply with approved data.
• Inspect engine components for serviceability.
• Review maintenance documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Perform conformity inspections.
• Verify compliance with FAA Part 145 requirements.
• Assist with borescope inspections and engine condition evaluations.
• Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare inspection reports and release documentation.
• Support FAA audits and customer audits.
• Assist with continuous quality improvement initiatives.
