Job summary

Engine Global Technics Inc seeks an experienced engine mechanic to perform disassembly/assembly and comprehensive maintenance on turbine aircraft engines, including troubleshooting and overhaul. You will read OEM manuals and engineering drawings, perform precision measurements, and maintain meticulous maintenance records.

Candidates should have an FAA A&P or Repairman certificate and experience with GE CF34/CFM56 engines, preferably in an FAA Part 145 repair environment.

Qualifications

  • FAA‑A&P or Repairman certification is preferred.
  • Experience with GE CF34 and CFM56 turbine engines.
  • Experience in an FAA Part 145 repair station or airline maintenance environment preferred.
  • Ability to read technical manuals and engineering drawings.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to use precision measuring equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

  • Perform engine disassembly and assembly.
  • Perform engine maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and overhaul.
  • Read and interpret OEM maintenance manuals, repair manuals, engineering drawings, and technical data.
  • Perform dimensional inspections and measurements using precision tools.
  • Assist with borescope inspections and engine evaluations.
  • Remove and install engine accessories and components.
  • Document maintenance activities accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with FAA Part 145 requirements, company procedures, and quality standards.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas.
  • Assist with tooling preparation and maintenance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
