Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. in Jeffersonville, OH is seeking an on-site Industrial Automation Technician to maintain automated material handling systems and support ongoing operations.

You will troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, and control systems; read electrical schematics; perform preventive and corrective maintenance; and coordinate with customer maintenance teams while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in industrial automation or controls engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Mitsubishi PLCs.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Experience troubleshooting automated equipment.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed.

Pay: $50–$100 per hour, depending on experience and technical qualifications
