The right candidate has prior lawn care experience, demonstrated crew leadership, and the ability to operate commercial mowing equipment in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance.
• Previous crew lead, supervisory, or team leadership experience preferred.
• Proficiency operating commercial mowing and lawn care equipment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to tow trailers a required.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively across multiple job sites.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Communicate professionally with customers and address any on-site concerns
• Conduct basic equipment inspections and report maintenance needs to management
