Qualifications

• Prior lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance experience required.
• Experience supervising a crew preferred.
• Proficiency with commercial mowing and lawn care equipment.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; ability to tow trailers required.
• Strong work ethic; able to perform outdoor labor in all weather.

• Ensure quality control standards are met on every property before leaving.
• Manage crew workflow, assign tasks, and keep the team on schedule.
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup to a high standard.
• Communicate professionally with customers and address on-site concerns.
• Conduct basic equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll guide a crew to deliver top-quality lawn care results for our valued customers. Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a lawn mowing crew on daily residential and/or commercial job sites

Operate commercial mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers safely and efficiently

Ensure quality control standards are met on every property before leaving the job site

Manage crew workflow, assign tasks, and keep the team on schedule throughout the day

Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup services to a high standard

Communicate professionally with customers and address any on‑site concerns

Conduct basic equipment inspections and report maintenance needs to management

Requirements:

Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance required

Previous crew lead, supervisory, or team leadership experience preferred

Proficiency operating commercial mowing and lawn care equipment

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to tow trailers a required

Strong work ethic with the ability to perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions

Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively across multiple job sites

Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude
