Acela Truck Company is seeking a Jeep 4x4 Upfitter / Technician to install, modify, and inspect 4x4 vehicles, Jeeps, and light- to medium-duty trucks. The role focuses on tire/wheel service, lift kits, and aftermarket installations to meet customer specs and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on automotive experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and can work independently or in a fast-paced production team environment while following safety procedures and quality manuals.

Qualifications

• Hands-on automotive repair experience is required or preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude for vehicle upfitting and maintenance.
• Ability to read work orders, manuals, and specs.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, and inspect tires and wheels per specs.
• Install lift kits and suspension upgrades on Jeeps and trucks.
• Perform general mechanical work and on-vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate production records using Dozuki software.
• Support teammates and maintain a clean, safe work area.
