Job summary

Pickup Outfitters of Waco is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Installer / Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship. This full-time position involves installing accessories on trucks, Jeeps, SUVs, and commercial vehicles while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, attention to detail, and experience with aftermarket accessories. The role offers competitive hourly compensation based on experience, as well as commission and bonus opportunities, along with structured training for personal growth.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Experience installing aftermarket accessories is preferred.
• Electrical wiring and troubleshooting experience is a plus.
• ASE certifications or related technical certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install truck, Jeep, SUV, van, and commercial vehicle accessories.
• Perform mechanical and electrical installations including lighting and hitches.
• Read and interpret installation instructions, wiring diagrams, and work orders.
• Perform quality inspections before vehicle delivery.
• Protect customer vehicles throughout the installation process.
