Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, train, develop, and motivate staff; foster a positive environment; set goals; provide feedback.
• Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of service and address customer needs.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, store maintenance, and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven retail management experience with a record of achieving sales targets.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Customer-Centric: Passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and manage budgets.
• Flexibility: Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer skills.

Minimum Requirements:

• Assistant Store Manager: Open availability, including mornings, days, and nights; minimum 5-day work week; 44 hours/week, increased during peak periods.
• Supervisor: Availability during store hours; minimum 5 days; at least 30 hours/week.
• All Management: Availability on weekends and holidays; punctuality; reliable transportation; fluent English; ability to read/write and perform basic math; potential relocation within the company's network.

Physical Demands:

• Prolonged standing (5-14 hours/day), extended work hours during peak periods.
• Stooping, kneeling, reaching, pulling, ladder/climbing use.
• Lift items 5-25 lbs regularly; good vision required.
• Moderately noisy environment.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years retail leadership preferred or equivalent experience.

Compensation:

• Assistant Manager: $18.38 - $21.50/hr + bonus opportunities.
• Supervisor: $17.00/hr.
• Full-time roles include medical, dental, vision, sick leave, parental leave, and company-paid time off. All roles eligible for 401K.
