Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC in Doylestown, PA, seeks a JD Edwards Financials Business Systems Analyst to optimize JD Edwards for accounting and finance, translating strategic objectives into effective solutions and delivering high-quality work.

You will partner with stakeholders, translate business needs into actionable JD Edwards enhancements, and drive data integrity, reporting, and operational efficiency with 4+ years of JD Edwards experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar with JD Edwards (JDE) financial modules.
• Strong knowledge of JD Edwards accounting/finance components and workflows.
• Experience with configuration, customization, integrations, and development tools for JDE.
• Ability to plan, manage, and deliver projects with clear scope and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Business: gather requirements, document needs, test cases, exceptions, and acceptance criteria.
• Know the Business: understand GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, cost accounting, and financial reporting.
• Lead process improvements: identify efficiency opportunities and KPIs to measure impact.
• Design JDE solutions: collaborate with ERP team to craft practical JD Edwards enhancements.
• Support & train users: provide hands-on support and drive adoption of new functionality.
• Lead JDE projects: manage scope, budget, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain documentation & data quality: keep docs current and ensure data consistency.
• Stay current with JDE: track releases and best practices for value to the business.
• Security & compliance: support IS and regulatory requirements in JD Edwards processes.
