Connectly Recruiting seeks a JD Edwards Financials-focused Business Systems Analyst to optimize JD Edwards for accounting, finance, and process improvement. You will partner with stakeholders, translate strategic objectives into effective solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations and ongoing enhancements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting JD Edwards applications.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of the JD Edwards platform, specifically in accounting or finance.
• Technical understanding of JDE configuration, customization, integrations, and development tools.
• Ability to work with a global team and communicate effectively across functions and locations.
• Self-directed, organized, and able to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Business: Work directly with stakeholders to understand business needs, prioritize requirements, and turn them into clear, actionable solutions.
• Know the Business: Understand key financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, cost accounting, financial reporting, and daily accounting operations.
• Drive Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, decision-making, system utilization, and efficiency.
• Design JDE Solutions: Evaluate options and design practical JD Edwards solutions that address business needs.
• Support & Train Users: Provide hands-on support and training, drive adoption of new functionality.
• Lead JDE Projects: Take ownership of JD Edwards projects from requirements through implementation.
• Keep Improving: Focus on improving processes or system capabilities and share best practices.
• Maintain Documentation & Data Quality: Keep documentation current and ensure JD Edwards data is accurate and standardized.
• Stay Current with JDE: Track releases and new functionality, identify value-add capabilities.
• Support Security & Compliance: Ensure JD Edwards processes meet security and regulatory requirements.
• Connect the Dots: Serve as JDE SME for finance across teams to align technology with business priorities.
• Deliver Business Impact: Build capabilities that improve growth, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.
