Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, document requirements, test cases, exceptions, and acceptance criteria.
• Know the Business: Understand key financial processes including GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, cost accounting, financial reporting, and daily accounting operations.
• Drive Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, decision-making, system utilization, and efficiency.
• Design JDE Solutions: Use JD Edwards expertise to evaluate options and design practical solutions that address business needs and support objectives.
• Support & Train Users: Provide hands-on support and training, drive adoption of new JD Edwards functionality and automation.
• Lead JDE Projects: Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements through implementation, managing scope, budgets, timelines, and quality.
• Keep Improving: Stay focused on better processes, systems, and ways of working; share proven best practices.
• Maintain Documentation & Data Quality: Keep documentation current and ensure JD Edwards data is accurate and standardized.
• Stay Current with JDE: Track JD Edwards releases, new functionality, and industry best practices.
• Support Security & Compliance: Help ensure JD Edwards processes meet security and regulatory requirements.
• Connect the Dots: Act as JDE SME for finance across Global IS, Operations, Application Eng, finance, and other teams.
