Qualifications

• 4+ years as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar with JD Edwards.
• Strong knowledge of JD Edwards, especially in accounting/finance.
• Experience with JD Edwards configuration, customization, integrations, and development tools.
• Ability to plan, manage, and deliver projects while keeping scope and timelines.
• Strong communication across a global team and various functions.
• Self-directed and highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable JD Edwards solutions.
• Know key financial processes: General Ledger, AP/AR, fixed assets, cost accounting, financial reporting.
• Drive process improvements and measure results with KPIs.
• Design JDE solutions with the ERP development team to meet business objectives.
• Provide hands-on support and training to drive adoption of JD Edwards enhancements.
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements through implementation and delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and data quality for JD Edwards systems.
• Stay current with JDE releases and industry best practices; ensure security and compliance.
