Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• 4+ years in JD Edwards financial modules / processes.
• Strong hands-on JD Edwards expertise in accounting/finance.
• Experience with JDE configuration, customization, integrations, and development tools.
• Problem solving and analytical skills; ability to translate business needs into solutions.
• Project management experience; ability to manage scope, timelines and priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across global teams.
• Self-directed, organized, and able to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, test cases, exceptions, and acceptance criteria.
• Know the business: general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, cost accounting, financial reporting.
• Drive process improvements and measure outcomes with meaningful KPIs.
• Design JDE solutions with ERP development team to address business needs.
• Provide hands-on support and training to users to drive adoption of JD Edwards features.
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements through implementation, managing scope, budget, and timelines.
• Maintain documentation and data quality; ensure JD Edwards data is accurate and standardized.
• Stay current with JD Edwards releases and industry best practices; identify value-generating capabilities.
• Support security, compliance, and change management within JD Edwards.
