A leading energy consultancy is seeking an experienced SAP Demand to Supply Business Analyst for a remote position. The candidate will be responsible for leading projects related to SAP S/4HANA in the oil and gas sector, including mapping business processes and ensuring system integration. Strong knowledge of the SAP IS Oil & Gas processes, along with relevant SAP certifications, is essential. The role involves technical design, configuration, and user training, working closely with stakeholders to optimize solutions across business units.

Qualifications

• SAP Demand to Supply Oil & Gas analyst,
• Designing interfaces, configuring SAP Manufacturing(Process Industries), QM, WM, EWM of SAP for Oil & Gas industries.
• Identify, map / support the SAP S4 Hana implementation for the Energy sector.
• Proven experience in SAP IS Oil & Gas processes, integration SAP Demand to Supply – Manufacturing, QM, Inventory Management, WM, EWM
• SAP certification in SAP PP/QM/EWM or SAP Supply Chain Planning for O&G.
• Processes mapping, fit to standard, UAT & SIT testing and cutover processes – SAP Activate
• Translate business requirements, manage scope and complexity, drive testing sign-off
• Identify Gaps in business processes and systems.
• Lead workstream projects and use project management skills to structure, describe and present complex issues/solutions.
• Configure SAP S/4HANA in OIL and GAS domain.
• Technical design, construction, testing, delivery of the system based on functional requirements.
• Provide functional and technical perspective in core workstream, as well as integration with other modules.
• Develop/manage detailed configuration and testing of the system to meet functional business requirements.
• Develop workflows, troubleshoot issues and train super users /end users on system usage.
• Facilitating business sessions gaining technical alignment of priorities, requirements, designs, testing, training, and project steps going forward towards deployment and stabilization.
• Must have domain experience with Oil & gas industry (IS-OIL) business processes from the wellhead to the gas station and how to optimize them, S/4HANA experience
• End to End knowledge of RPT business in O&G industries.
• Experience working on SAP S/4HANA projects with working knowledge of Fiori apps.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry, ( Upstream, Midstream, Downstream)
• Configuring, designing solutions in SAP PP, QM & Warehouse management, EWM .
• Hands-on Process orders, In process Inspections, Silo Management, TSW framework, integrations (PP-WM)
