Axos Bank is offering a full-time Application Developer Rotational Program at our San Diego HQ. You will rotate across front-end and back-end roles, gaining multi-software platform exposure and hands-on enterprise solutions through diverse project rotations.

Ideal candidates have a IT/CS background, 1+ year of related experience, and familiarity with Java, C#, SQL, APIs, HTML, CSS and OO programming. This on-site program emphasizes growth, coding, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• 1+ years' related experience in software development.
• Familiarity with back-end and front-end technologies including Java, C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, APIs and object-oriented programming.

Responsibilities

• Create robust customer experiences within web and email through HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Develop custom interfaces with .NET framework.
• Design, develop, maintain applications/solutions with low code platforms.
• Configure workflows that utilize OCR technology to automate data capture.
• Work within document management systems to enhance storage and access of digital content.
• Analyze code for problem resolution and enhancements.
• Develop and test technology solutions to improve business processes.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within various software platforms.
• Utilize business tools to identify efficiency gaps and improvements.
• Assist with discovery and documentation of business requirements for new solutions.
• Build and maintain Visualforce /Aura components and LWC.
• Interfaces with external REST-type/SOAP systems.

This position is on‑site and will be located at our HQ in San Diego, California. This is an exciting opportunity to join a unique and immersive rotational program as a first step in your career in technology. This full‑time rotational program is geared toward providing multi‑software platform exposure that focuses on the expansion of knowledge and real‑life application. We are seeking innovative and energetic individuals who are excited about expanding their skillsets and accelerating their career path with immediate exposure to software applications. For this position, you will be in the Application Developer Rotational Program where you will be joining the Axos Consumer Information Technology Group. You will get to be a part of a team responsible for the implementation of cutting‑edge software driven solutions. As you progress through the program, you will rotate into different complimentary areas within the Developer track where roles and responsibilities will change. The teams you will begin with in this role will revolve around both front‑end and back‑end software development. Through the different rotations completed, you will gain the knowledge and skills to provide enterprise level solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related discipline
