Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional or project experience in web development.
• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge.
• Experience with React; Next.js experience a plus, but willingness to learn required.
• Familiarity with Git and basic version control workflows.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn from feedback.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive, accessible web pages and components using Next.js (React).
• Integrate front-end templates with content from our headless CMS (e.g., Contentful, Sanity, Strapi, or similar).
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot sites; including build configurations, environment variables, and deploy previews.
• Translate design mockups (Figma or similar) into clean, reusable code.
• Write basic tests and participate in code review with senior team members.
• Debug and resolve front-end bugs, performance issues, and cross-browser inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with designers, content editors, and other developers to ship new features.
• Help maintain documentation for components, workflows, and CMS content models.

Axos Bank Target Range: $25.00/Hr. - $34.62/Hr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 5% Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 5%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
