Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to support development of enterprise security solutions focusing on JavaScript/React/Next.js. Hybrid in Irving, TX with open to other U.S. locations. 12+ month contract-to-hire engagement with W2 rate 55–60/hour.

The candidate will design and build secure web applications, APIs, and data integrations, deploying on Kubernetes and collaborating with security teams. Experience with GraphQL, MongoDB, MSSQL, and CI/CD is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Node.js.
• Experience developing APIs using GraphQL.
• MongoDB and SQL (MSSQL preferred).
• CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins.
• Kubernetes experience.
• Configuration-as-code with YAML/TOML.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and application security.
• Strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills.

Software Engineer – Cybersecurity (JavaScript/React/Next.js)

Location: Hybrid in Irving, TX (open to Chandler (AZ), Columbus (OH), Charlotte (NC), and Minneapolis (MN))

Duration: 12+ month Contract-to-Hire

Work Setup: Hybrid

Rate: W2 only (target 55-60/hr W2)

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Software Engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• JavaScript, TypeScript
• React.js
• Next.js
• Node.js
• Experience developing APIs using GraphQL
• MongoDB and SQL (MSSQL preferred)
• CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins
• Kubernetes experience
• Experience with configuration-as-code (YAML/TOML)
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and application security
• Strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Cybersecurity application development experience
• Black Duck, Checkmarx, Artifactory, or Nexus
