Job summary

Solution IT Inc. is seeking a Java Technical Lead to drive design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications in Atlanta, GA. You will set technical direction, establish coding standards, and mentor engineers across teams.

You will collaborate with product, architecture, QA, and business stakeholders, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Domestic cloud platforms and CI/CD practices will be central to daily work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience with 2-3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong expertise in designing and developing enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native apps.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications.
• Define technical architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor software engineers and development teams.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure quality, security, and performance standards.
• Drive system design discussions and technology choices.
