Job summary

Wipro is seeking a seasoned fullstack Java Enterprise professional to coordinate with onsite leads, refine user stories, and drive sprint planning. You will estimate stories, review code, and provide technical guidance to the team while ensuring SLA/KPI adherence and timely sign-offs across cross-functional stakeholders.

The role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, strong Java/J2EE expertise, and familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Java Enterprise environments.
• Experience leading L3 engagements.
• Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM tools.
• Proficient in debugging, troubleshooting and providing technical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Onsite Tech lead to refine and prioritize user stories.
• Complete story point estimation for new requirements.
• Coordinate with the Scrum Master during PI/Sprint planning.

• Perform code reviews for team deliverables.

• Co-ordinate with Onsite Tech lead in refining the user stories for new requirements from product team and prioritization of the new user stories
• Complete the story point estimation for new requirements before the sprint planning
• Co-ordinate with the scrum master in finalizing the user stories during PI planning/Sprint planning
• Work on the user stories
• Provide the required technical guidance to the team and help them in resolving complex issues
• Complete code review for the user stories worked by the team
• Co-ordinate with the EJ Team Leads/software leads/Business Analysts in getting the required sign offs
• Adherence to agreed SLA and KPI for all the tickets worked by the team
• Java Support responsibilities include debugging, troubleshooting and developing a solution.
• Capable of creating RCAs
• Application monitoring & operational activities

Essential Competencies

• Good understanding of Java, J2EE, Spring Boot/Spring Framework, Rest API/Azure Cloud
• Should have worked as a Tech lead in L3 engagements
• Exposure to Application Support & Maintenance
• Exposure to ITSM tools like ServiceNow
• Good understanding of ITIL
• Good to have knowledge in Dynatrace
• Basic shell scripting knowledge
• Experience writing SQL/Functions/Procedures in transactional database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server
• Capital Markets domain knowledge will be an added advantage

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
