Incedo Inc. is seeking experienced Java Backend Leads and an Architect-level professional to design and develop scalable, high-performance backend platforms.

You will build microservices, enable event-driven architectures with Kafka and Flink, and implement workflows using Flowable or Camunda BPM. The role requires 12+ years in software engineering, strong technical leadership, and proven ability to design enterprise-grade systems.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with strong Java backend development expertise.
• Extensive experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture
• Strong experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures
• Hands-on experience with Apache Flink stream processing
• Expertise with Flowable and/or Camunda BPM platforms
• Experience designing distributed and scalable enterprise systems
• Proven technical leadership experience leading engineering teams
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

THE ROLE
