ServiceNow/ITSM and ITIL knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead technical delivery using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot and REST APIs.
Refine user stories, provide technical estimates, and support PI/Sprint planning.
Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive solution delivery.
Coordinate with Team Leads, Software Leads and Business Analysts for required technical/business sign‑offs.
Support production applications, including incident resolution, RCA, monitoring and SLA/KPI adherence.
Capital Markets domain knowledge is an added advantage.
