You will work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust, low-latency solutions.

The role emphasizes architectural leadership, performance tuning, and safe trading protocols, with strong Java/Spring, AWS, and DevOps experience required.

Qualifications

• Expert-level Core Java (v17+), including multi-threading and memory model.
• Extensive Spring Boot and Spring Cloud experience.
• Hands-on withDocker/Kubernetes for microservices.
• Experience with high-performance messaging: Kafka/Solace/Aeron.
• Low-latency data stores: Redis/Hazelcast; SQL/NoSQL DBs.
• Proven AWS and Linux/Unix familiarity for production systems.
• Ability to lead technical solution design and architecture discussions.
• Familiarity with AI pair-programmers (Copilot/Claude) to boost productivity.
• CI/CD practice with Jenkins or GitLab CI; TDD/BDD mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers delivering enterprise-scale data solutions.
• Provide hands-on guidance across architecture, design, development, and troubleshooting.
• Drive coding standards, performance optimization, and system reliability.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce quality and security standards.
• Lead the adoption of Generative AI tools.
