Job summary

ASA Techsol LLC seeks an experienced senior Java/J2EE developer for a contract (W2) role in Dallas. You will design and maintain full stack applications, work in AWS environments, and implement CI/CD practices. The position requires extensive Kafka experience, Angular frontend work, and strong SQL/PLSQL skills for Oracle/DB2/Snowflake.

The candidate will collaborate with data teams on ETL workflows and document solutions using Confluence and JIRA in an Agile setup.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, including Spring.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services and deployment practices.
• Proficiency in Linux shell scripting for automation and orchestration.
• Experience with Confluent Kafka or Apache Kafka for data streaming.
• Hands-on experience with Angular.
• Familiarity with ETL tools (Informatica preferred).
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and DevOps tools.
• Strong SQL/PLSQL skills for Oracle or cloud data warehouses.
