Callibrity is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is remote but requires working on U.S. Eastern or Central Time hours. Candidates from Midwestern and Eastern/Southeastern U.S. cities are preferred. Non-US candidates will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as trusted advisors and thought leaders in technology.
• Understand business problems and lead strategic technical solutions.
• Mentor and upskill peers and client teams.
• Address a variety of problems with appropriate solutions.
• Communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Identify and recommend solutions proactively.
• Teach software development best practices (Agile, DevOps, TDD, CI/CD).
• Explore emerging technologies like AI, Cloud, IoT.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of full-stack enterprise Java development experience.
• Experience with Git/GitHub, Bootstrap, Gradle/Maven preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript frameworks, Angular, React, Agile practices preferred.
• Experience with Kafka and Jenkins is a plus.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud preferred.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud application development is a plus.
• Professional experience in IT or Consulting.
• Ability to solve coding challenges effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for learning.
