Job summary

Ask IT consulting in Minnesota is seeking a technically adept leader to guide a team of developers and analysts through the full project lifecycle. The role emphasizes J2EE architecture, design, and ownership of delivery, with a focus on proposing reusable components.

Candidates should be proficient in Java and J2EE frameworks, and comfortable working in an Agile environment, collaborating to diagnose and resolve defects across testing phases and embracing modern front-end technologies as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with J2EE architecture and design.
• Familiarity with core Java, J2EE, and DI frameworks (Spring, CDI, JBoss, Tomcat) and Hibernate configuration.
• Experience with source control systems (Git, SVN or CVS).
• Experience working in a Scrum/Agile environment is preferred.
• Experience with Groovy, Grails, Scala, Mobile, Angular.js, Node.js, Twitter Bootstrap and/or JQuery is a plus.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

• Experience with J2EE architecture and design
• Preference for some experience with core Java, J2EE, and DI frameworks (Spring, CDI, JBoss, Tomcat), as well as Hibernate Configuration (Connection, Dialect, Mappings)
• Experience with source control systems such such as GIT, SVN or CVS
• Experience working in a Scrum/Agile environment is preferred
• Experience with Groovy, Grails, Scala, Mobile, Angular.js, Node.js, Twitter Bootstrap and/or other controls and JQuery a plus
