Job summary

A technology solutions company based in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Java/J2EE Developer. You will design and develop applications, while managing a small team of developers. This role requires proficiency in various frameworks, IDEs, and RDBMS. Experience in the financial industry is a plus. The position emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and maintaining technical skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in understanding requirements and proposing technical solutions.
• Proficient in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/OOD) using UML.
• Experience in J2EE and various frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, prototype, and test required subsystems.
• Manage day-to-day activities with a small software development team.
• Interface with project stakeholders to balance system and project objectives.
• Coordinate with offshore development teams.
• Document work, meetings, and decisions regularly.

Have experience in understanding the

Sencha and integration with Java/J2EE components

Proficient in using various IDEs (Eclipse, RAD)
and Application Servers (Websphere, Weblogic)

Experience in using RDBMS (Oracle)

Previous experience of financial industry will
be an added advantage.

To

• Design,
  develop, prototype, and test of the required subsystem and its interface
  to the system
• Manage
  the day-to-day activities working with a small team of software developers
• Interface
