Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced IT professional in New Jersey to support the Digital Experience unit’s client‑facing projects. You will coordinate between clients and technical teams, drive SDLC governance, and help deliver integrated, secure digital solutions.

The role requires strong Java/J2EE proficiency, Spring Framework expertise, and a solid understanding of the Financial Services domain. Relocation or travel may be required; US work authorization is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent.
• Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
• Relocation and/or travel to work or project locations may be required.
• Candidates authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.

Overview

The Infosys Digital Experience (DX) unit powers businesses across the entire customer experience journey by re‑imagining, creating, and delivering integrated and personalized experiences. Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute to the creation of project budgets that align with scope, strategy, and key deliverables.
• Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support effort estimation, obtain necessary approvals, and secure client sign‑offs.
