Job Title: Java with Oracle BPM Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Flexcube & OBPM Developer to join our banking technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Flexcube, Oracle Business Process Management (OBPM), PL/SQL, and Java, with a solid understanding of core banking processes and integration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle Flexcube modules and OBPM workflows.
  • Design and implement PL/SQL procedures, packages, and triggers to support business logic and data processing.
  • Integrate Flexcube with external systems using Java-based APIs and services.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Flexcube and OBPM components.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Provide production support and resolve issues related to Flexcube and OBPM applications.
  • Maintain documentation for code, configurations, and system architecture.
Required Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Flexcube (Retail/Corporate) modules.
  • Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL development (procedures, functions, packages, performance tuning).
  • Experience with Java/J2EE technologies for integration and customization.
  • Good understanding of OBPM workflows and process orchestration.
  • Familiarity with SOAP/REST APIs, XML, and Web Services.
  • Experience with Oracle Database and Unix/Linux environments.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
