Job summary

Responsibilities

• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training materials and support frameworks for smooth transitions.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive strategies to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records to enrich knowledge bases for similar projects.
