Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Java-based multi-tier web applications (J2EE/Spring Boot).
• 4+ years of Angular UI development with ADA/WCAG compliance.
• 4+ years of REST or SOAP services development.
• 3+ years of SQL/DB2/Hibernate/JPA data access.
• 2 years on Google Cloud Platform or another enterprise cloud.
• 2+ years analyzing and documenting existing designs, roadmaps, or technical debt.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, test, implement, and document software enhancements and defect corrections.
• Develop accessible Angular UI components with ADA compliance.
• Develop and integrate backend services using J2EE, Spring Boot, and microservice patterns.
• Develop REST and SOAP web services and integrate components into end-to-end processes.
• Develop and execute complex SQL for DB2 and other databases.
• Perform unit, integration, regression, and performance testing; fix defects and bottlenecks.
• Use GitHub or GitLab and CI/CD pipelines for builds, tests, and deployments.
• Document existing system designs and create technical designs and diagrams.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor staff in modern development practices.
