Job summary

Optimus Technology, Inc. is seeking a Records Transition and Integration Specialist to migrate PRL records from a legacy SharePoint site to the FEITH Records Management System and to configure the FEITH SharePoint Connector for data transfer.

The role requires strong Java development, SharePoint familiarity, and the ability to collaborate with a technical lead and stakeholders. You will design, develop, and enhance preprocessing components for ingestion and support module rollout.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong Java development experience and backend data processing.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and FEITH integration.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and communicate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Java-based preprocessing components that transform and prepare data for ingestion.
• Extend the reusable Java preprocessing framework to support additional systems and formats.
• Develop and maintain integration logic for SharePoint and other sources using FEITH connectors.
• Configure FEITH components within ingestion workflows and support module setup and testing.
• Troubleshoot ingestion/integration issues by analyzing logs, data, and configurations and implement fixes.
• Apply object-oriented best practices for maintainable, scalable solutions, with cloud modernization in mind.
• Collaborate with Technical Lead, FEITH team, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and rollout.
• Conduct data ingestion activities, including one-time migrations when the module is ready.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support development and sustainment.
• Provide technical guidance and light user support for onboarding into new processes.
