Job summary

Synechron seeks a Java Fullstack Developer to analyze stories, write code and build Java microservices using Spring Boot. You will design an Angular frontend and REST/SOAP services to support a finance control tool and modernize the UI.

The role emphasizes implementing development processes, upgrading tools to latest technologies, and ensuring policy compliance across a global organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience translating product requirements into application code and UI designs.
• Strong experience in Java, Spring, microservices and API development.
• Proven ability to design SPA front-ends and robust backend services.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop SPA using Angular, TypeScript, Bootstrap.
• Build RESTful services on the backend with Java Core API.
• Develop Java microservices with Spring Boot to support a web application.

Job description

We are looking for a Java Fullstack Developer to join our project team. You will be responsible for analyzing and understanding business and technical stories, writing code, Java Microservices to support web application using Spring Boot annotations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop single page application using Angular, TypeScript, Bootstrap.
• On backend, created RESTful services using Java Core API.
• Built Spring based Java Microservices to support web application using Spring Boot annotations.
• Role will include responsibility for building new User Interface for Finance control tool application to replace the current UI.
• This role is critical to implementing development processes, upgrading associated toolset to latest technologies and ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong relationship, collaborative and organization skills.
• 10+ years experience translating functional product requirements into application-layer code, and visual designs into functional user interfaces within traditional web applications.
• Java, J2EE, Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring Security, Aspects, etc.), JPA, JSF, JUnit, Web Services (SOAP & REST), JSON/XML, JBoss, Log4j, Eclipse STS, SQL, Oracle DB Server.
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS (8+), jQuery.
• Experience working with API development (REST & SOAP), Microservices.
